I have personally decided to take action for keeping the "Total Quality Management" System within K-BUSINESS Ltd in order to ensure the excellence of our organization for the future as well. The quality management system within our organization is focused on the Total Quality Management concept, based on the integrated and complete participation of all members of the organization, through which we follow the insurance of long term success for full client satisfaction, obtaining advantages for all organization members and for the company itself, through cost and risk reduction.

I state that the organization K-BUSINESS Ltd has the following values defining the Total Quality Management culture according to the basic KAIZEN orientation principles:

» the client has always absolute priority, the satisfaction of the client needs being more important than any other indicator;
» satisfying the needs of other interested parties (organization personnel, business partners, company as a whole, etc.);

Taking part in maintaining and improving the integrated Total Quality System is a job requirement of every employee and the responsibility for the Total Quality Management belongs to the Leaders of every matrix organization level and in the same time to every employee for his specific activity field.
